These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of StreamOps ("we", "us", "our") and the StreamOps service (collectively, the "Service").
1
Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using StreamOps (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. If you use StreamOps for a business or other organisation, you confirm you have authority to accept these Terms for it.
2
Description of Service
StreamOps is made of two parts: the web dashboard and cloud service that we run, and the StreamOps streaming software, which does the actual streaming. You either install the software on your own machine, or — on a StreamOps Cloud plan — we run it for you on our servers.
With it you can schedule and run 24/7 streams of pre-recorded videos, stream your screen, camera and microphone live, send one stream to several destinations (YouTube, Twitch, Facebook, Kick or a custom RTMP server), automate YouTube broadcasts, view channel analytics, use AI suggestions, work with a team, and connect tools and AI assistants through API keys and our MCP server. Which of these you get depends on your plan.
If you run the StreamOps software yourself, you are responsible for that machine, its internet connection and its security.
3
Accounts and Security
You must give accurate information, including a working email address, and keep your credentials secure. We recommend turning on two-factor authentication.
You are responsible for all activity under your account, including by team members you invite, devices activated with your license, API keys you create and AI apps you connect. Revoke access you no longer want from Settings.
Tell us straight away at support@streamops.live if you think your account has been compromised.
4
Plans, Trial and Licenses
New accounts get a 7-day free trial with Pro features for running StreamOps on your own machine. When it ends, your account moves to the Free plan unless you have bought a paid plan. StreamOps Cloud has a separate free trial of 12 hours, one per account and per YouTube channel; when it ends, the trial server stops and its videos are deleted 24 hours later unless you buy a Cloud plan.
Each plan sets limits, such as the number of streams you can run at once and which features you can use. The current plans and limits are shown on our Pricing page.
The StreamOps software is activated with a license tied to your account and bound to one machine — on StreamOps Cloud, the cloud server we run for you. You agree not to share a license beyond what your plan allows or to circumvent machine binding, plan limits or expiry checks.
You may request an extension of an expiring or expired license from within the app; extensions and plan changes are granted at our discretion.
We may suspend, revoke or decline to renew a license for violation of these Terms, non-payment where a fee applies, or misuse of the Service.
5
Payments, Cancellation and Refunds
Paid plans are billed in advance in Indian Rupees through our payment provider, Razorpay. The listed price is the full amount payable. No GST is currently charged.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel auto-renewal at any time from Plans & Billing; your plan stays active until the end of the period already paid for.
If we change a price, we will tell you before it applies to you. The new price takes effect from your next billing period, and you can cancel before then.
A StreamOps Cloud plan is its own subscription. It includes the Pro features and a set number of concurrent streams and amount of video storage, as shown on our Pricing page. You can change plan from the dashboard at any time: the new plan starts when you pay for it, and the unused part of your previous plan is refunded. Extra storage is arranged with us by email.
You upload your videos to us, or import them from Google Drive or Dropbox. We process each video once for streaming, keep the processed copy, and delete the file you uploaded. StreamOps Cloud is not a backup service: keep your own copies of your videos.
If you cancel, your cloud server runs until the end of the period you paid for. If a renewal payment fails, it keeps running for 3 more days. After that it is paused, and its videos and stream settings are permanently deleted 7 days later unless the plan is paid. Your account then moves to the Free plan.
We run your cloud server on infrastructure we choose and may move it between our servers. Its resources are sized for the streams in your plan; use beyond what your plan includes, or that harms other customers' streams, may be limited.
7
Your Content
You keep all rights to your videos, streams, titles, descriptions, thumbnails and other content. If you run StreamOps yourself, your video files stay on your machine; on StreamOps Cloud, we store them only to stream them for you.
You give us permission to process your content only as needed to run the Service for you, for example to send your titles to YouTube, show your thumbnails and stream previews in the dashboard, and generate AI suggestions you ask for.
You are responsible for having the rights to everything you stream and publish, including music, footage and anything shown on your screen or camera.
8
Acceptable Use
Do not use the Service to stream or publish content that infringes anyone's rights, is illegal, or breaks the rules of the platform you stream to.
Do not use the Service to mislead viewers or platforms, including by faking views, engagement or live status in ways a platform prohibits.
Do not reverse-engineer, disrupt or overload the Service, access other people's accounts or data, or circumvent licensing or usage limits.
Copyright and takedown: if you believe content stored on or streamed from StreamOps Cloud infringes your rights, email support@streamops.live with the content or stream concerned, the work you own, and your contact details. We may remove or disable the content and stop the stream while we look into it, and we close the accounts of repeat infringers.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that break this section.
9
AI Features
AI suggestions are generated automatically and can be wrong or unsuitable. Review each one before you approve it. You are responsible for what you publish, including approved AI suggestions.
AI features are provided using Google's Gemini API, may have usage limits on your plan, and may change as the underlying models change.
10
Third-Party Services
The Service works with third-party platforms such as YouTube, Twitch, Facebook, Kick, Google and Razorpay. Your use of them is governed by their own terms and policies.
StreamOps uses YouTube API Services. By using StreamOps, you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.
We are not responsible for what third-party platforms do, including outages, API changes, rejected or ended streams, or strikes, restrictions or suspensions on your channel or account.
11
Service Availability
We aim to keep the Service available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, problems on your machine or connection, and third-party outages (including YouTube API outages) may affect your streams.
We may change, add or remove features. If we remove a major feature from a paid plan you are on, we will tell you in advance.
12
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the extent the law allows.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, StreamOps is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including lost revenue, lost viewers, missed or interrupted streams, or actions taken by third-party platforms against your account.
Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
13
Indemnity
You agree to cover our reasonable losses and costs from claims by others arising from content you stream or publish through the Service, or from your breach of these Terms.
14
Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time, and you can delete your account yourself from Settings. Deleting your account cancels any subscription immediately, stops your streams, and removes your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
We may suspend or terminate your account, or decline to renew or extend your license, for violation of these Terms, with notice where reasonably practicable.
15
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the "last updated" date. For material changes, we will also notify you by email or in the dashboard before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
16
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
