If you're not satisfied within the first 14 days of a paid plan — StreamOps Cloud included — contact support for a full refund, no questions asked. After that, refunds are prorated for the remaining billing period at our discretion. You can cancel auto-renewal any time and keep your plan until the paid period ends. Cloud is its own subscription, priced by how many streams run at once, and every Cloud plan includes all Pro features — you don't need a Creator or Pro plan as well. There's a free trial first: 12 hours on one stream (up to HD, 2 GB of videos), no card needed, starting when you start it. If a renewal fails, streaming continues for 3 days, then your cloud server pauses; its videos are deleted 7 days later unless the plan is paid.
Yes. The price you see is the full amount you pay. No GST or other tax is added at checkout.
Yes — choose Deactivate this machine under Settings → Streaming, then activate your license on the new PC. Your plan and expiry carry over. You can move a license up to 3 times in 30 days; contact support if you need more. Transferring ownership to a different person/account requires contacting support.
Each simultaneously live broadcast counts as one concurrent stream, regardless of platform. Scheduled or idle streams that aren't currently live don't count against your limit.
